*No Saturday Check In for Weekly Rentals

 

Cleaning Fee: $75

 

Please note that we must collect a 12% lodging tax (state and local) based on the total rental fee.

 

Check In:     4:00 p.m.

Check Out:   11:00 a.m.

 

Security Fee:  $350.00

A 50% deposit is required to hold reservations

Payment: The remainder 50% of your fee can be paid by check or credit card 30 days prior to your scheduled visit.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to reserved date will receive a full refund less a $50 administrative fee.  Cancellations more than 14 days but less than 30 days will result in a loss of the deposit.  Cancellations less than 14 days require payment in full. 

Rescheduling Fee:  Reservations may be rescheduled without penalty if more than 30 days from reserved date.  Less than 30 days, but more than 14, guest may reschedule with a rescheduling fee of $75. Less than 14 days, guest may not reschedule and is subject to cancellation policy.
